Cedric “Chef Ced” McEachin, a creative southern meets American cuisine chef has over 20 years’ experience cooking customized personal menus. Chef Ced realized he had a passion and the gift for cooking after he made his first dish at the age of 7, his favorite French Toast. From there he started cooking family style meals, slowing improving his pallet from his southern roots.
Later, Chef Ced became trained in classic French cuisines. He landed his first job as a Sous Chef at Forbidden Bar and Lounge, under Darryl “Chef Das” Smith, where they severed and catered up-scale Street Mediterranean style cuisines. From there he moved to several restaurants developing unique skills and techniques from each chef he worked under. In 2017, Cedric opened up Sista Mary's Soulfood restaurant in Glendale, California with former Los Angeles Laker player, Lamar Odom.
Cedric’s passion for cooking gives everything that extra ounce of deliciousness while his creative presentation makes his cuisines memorable not only to the pallet but also to the mind.
